Misunderstood

He was misunderstood. Partly because he couldn’t display who he was, and partly because we wouldn’t listen. He was caught in a life that developed out of decisions he regretted, and he never figured out how to become himself in the midst of it.

He knew, what I am learning. There are often people in our lives who can’t see beyond today. They don’t want to discuss dreams, ideas, theories, and a vision for the future. If you try to talk to them about your passion they can only go with you as far as their experience allows. This if often not very far.
